At City Ribbons (cityribbons.com), we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We provide PAN India delivery to ensure our customized products reach you, no matter where you are located.
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We offer two types of shipping options to cater to your urgency:

Priority Delivery (Express): If you select the Priority option during checkout, your order will be prioritized in our production and shipping queue. Delivery for Priority orders is typically completed within 48 hours from the time of dispatch.

Standard Delivery: For normal orders, the delivery timeline depends on your geographical location. Usually, standard orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Customized Orders: Since our products (printed ribbons) require design approval and customized printing, the processing time starts only after the design is approved by the customer.

Once the design is finalized, the order is dispatched within 1-2 business days.
3. Delivery Estimates

Please note that while we strive to meet the mentioned timelines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed due to external factors like courier partner delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product, the chosen shipping method (Priority or Standard), and the delivery location. Total shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Hidden Charges

There are no hidden charges. The price mentioned at the checkout is final and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
6. Address Changes

We request you to provide a complete and accurate shipping address including the PIN code and contact number. Change of address requests will not be entertained once the order has been dispatched.
