At City Ribbons, we specialize in fully customized printed ribbons created as per your brand, event, or personal specifications. Since each ribbon is tailor-made and printed with unique details such as names, dates, or logos, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review our complete policy below:

🚫 No Return or Exchange on Custom Printed Ribbons

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are strictly not allowed.

• All ribbons are printed exclusively for the customer using names, designs, and specifications provided by the client.

• Once printed, ribbons cannot be reused, resold, reprinted, or repurposed.

• These are not generic items that can be modified or resold to someone else.

✅ Pre-Approval Process Before Printing

We follow a clear pre-printing approval system to avoid any errors or confusion:

• Before we begin printing, design and layout proofs are shared with the client for final approval.

• Only after receiving your approval, we move ahead with dyeing the base ribbon (if a special color is requested) and then proceed with printing.

• This process ensures transparency and eliminates room for design-related misunderstandings.

📸 Sampling & Visual Confirmation (For Bulk Orders)

For bulk orders (50 rolls or more), we provide visual confirmation before full production:

• We share photos and/or videos of sample printing on your ribbon for your approval.

• Production begins only after you are satisfied with the preview.

• This step is meant to simulate how the final product will look, keeping color and size perception as accurate as possible.

⚠️ Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note:

• Slight variation in color shades or appearance in lighting or due to screen settings is normal in printing processes.

• If you feel the product received looks different from what you expected, we are not liable, as all designs were approved beforehand.

• Once a product is printed and delivered, no disputes regarding visual expectations will be entertained.

📦 Damages During Transit

While we pack all shipments securely:

• In case of damage during shipping, you must contact the courier service directly.

• City Ribbons is not responsible for mishandling during delivery by third-party logistic partners.

❗ Important Note

Customized products carry zero resale value, and every design is unique to the customer’s order. Therefore, we cannot bear any loss related to design dissatisfaction or change of mind after printing.
