Refund and Cancellation Policy

At City Ribbons (cityribbons.com), we strive to provide high-quality customized products. Since most of our products are personalized according to your specific requirements, please read our policy carefully:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Customized/Printed Orders: Once an order for a customized or printed ribbon/product is placed and the design is approved, it cannot be cancelled. This is because the production process begins immediately after approval, and the product is uniquely made for you.

• Standard (Non-Customized) Products: For generic or ready-to-use products, cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order and before the item has been dispatched.

2. Design Approval Process

• To ensure 100% satisfaction, we follow a strict Design Approval Process. Before we proceed with printing, our team will share a digital mock-up/design with you via email or WhatsApp.

• Production only starts once we receive your formal approval. Once approved, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

3. Refund Policy

• Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-printed ribbons unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error that differs from the approved design.

• Standard Products: Refunds for non-customized products are only processed if the product is returned in its original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.

• Defective Items: In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the defect. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or store credit if the fault is from our side.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds (for non-customized items or manufacturing defects) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
